Stainless steel high clean tube is produced by seamless material 316/316L or 316/316L high sulfur and 316/316L high moly. The size range outer diameter is 6.35-60.5mm and wall thickness is 0.89-1.65mm. The tube would follow the standard ASTM A213 A 269 JIS G3459. After bright annealed with high-quality protective gas, the tube has excellent internal cleanliness and smooth surface texture. The OD roughness is Ra 0.8μm max and ID roughness is Ra 0.4μm max. It is widely used in semiconductors, microelectronics and so on.
